FK SYSTEM
The FK System is an innovative solution for the installation of ceramic facades that combines efficiency and versatility. This system of open vertical and overlapping horizontal joints is designed to guarantee maximum stability and durability of your architectural project.
The FK System consists of two main elements: brackets with fixed points that are attached to the slabs and brackets with movable points that are fixed to the façade wall. The choice of mechanical anchors, plastic plugs and screws, or chemical plugs for fixing depends on the specific characteristics of the wall on which the system is to be installed, which guarantees perfect adaptation to each project.
The vertical “T” shaped profile is fixed to the brackets using self-drilling screws, provided that they comply with the applicable regulations. This profile has the important function of optimally levelling and plumbing the ceramic façade, ensuring a precise and high quality installation.
The horizontal rail, which can be delivered either punched or unpunched, is attached to the vertical profiles in a T-shape. This rail plays a key role in providing a robust support for hanging the

The fixing of these brackets can be done by means of mechanical anchors, plastic plugs and screws, or chemical plugs, depending on the specific needs of your site.
The vertical “T” shaped profile is essential to achieve the optimum level and plumb of your ceramic façade. This profile is fixed with self-drilling screws or rivets, always complying with the façade installation regulations. In addition, our ceramic façade clips are attached to the vertical “T” profiles and provide a solid base for hanging FS ceramic tiles securely and efficiently. One of the highlights of our FS System is the incorporation of an anti-vibration rubber, specifically designed to eliminate possible vibrations caused by external agents. This ensures that your façade remains stable and attractive over time.
